Elisabetta Angiolillo

I arrived at this lab as an intern, after having completed a course of classic Tuscan ceramics in Montelupo Fiorentino. I connected with Mila immediately.

I became passionate about the world of ceramics during my trip to Australia in 2019, I loved the way in which everyone, myself included, appreciated and therefore recognized the value of handmade objects, in spite of the high prices. So I decided to take my first wheel lessons. My first attempt was a disaster. But I kept fantasizing and thinking about it.

Once I got back to Italy I decided to steer my life in a new direction.

I find the practical and manual aspect of ceramics has an immense potential, a means to find a pause in our inevitably frenetic lives, which rarely leaves us time to ourselves, and also a way to re-discover the pleasure and the satisfaction of creating something and getting our hands dirty.

It is a big help, for everyone.
